Dear Parents/Guardians of Federal Government College Okigwe in line with the Federal Ministry of Education directives on the resumption of schools, the College management wishes to inform you of the necessary requirements for 3rd term resumption which was put on hold as a result of the outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic in March, 2020.
To this end, all students in JS1, JS2, SS1 and SS2 should return to school on Sunday 11th October, 2020.
SAFETY REQUIRMENT FOR COVID 19
Students must come back with the following items in addition to items they are to submit according to classes:
All students must pay their school fees and PTA levy before returning to the school. Fee payment must be done in line with the new payment system which has been communicated to parents. Visit the College portal fgcokigwe.com to retrieve payment log in details (CBS) for the central billing system.
Click on CHECK CBS DETAILS, select the student’s class and click on the student’s name to retrieve the Username and Password. Then log on to centralbillingfucs.com with the username and password to generate the remita for payment.
NOTE: PTA levy is to be paid through Etranzact.
SANITARY ITEMS TO BE SUBMITED BY STUDENTS ACCORDING TO CLASSES
JS1 --- 3 brooms, 1 packet of white board markerand six toilet tissues
JS2 --- 1 ream of A4 duplicating paper and six toilet tissues
SS1 --- 2liters of Izal and six toilet tissues
SS2 --- 1kg detergent and six toilet tissues
All students must bring back to school 2 stainless 25cm flat plates and 2 spoons in addition to the items to be submitted above.
